Health facilities serve as spaces for recovery, but patients needing care require to comply with medical instructions in order to avoid consequences. In defiance of her nurses' orders, Lana, a patient experiencing anxiety at the facility, persistently attempts to leave her room to indulge in smoking in a prohibited area. Consequently, as a form of discipline, she is confined fully unclothed for a full day in the dismal lower levels of the DDF Intimate Care Institution.
Secured to an aged examination chair usually reserved for gynecological examinations, Lana is bound at her ankles, wrists, and even her throat with verdant twine. Her legs are forcefully parted, leaving no privacy or dignity. Left with no other option, Lana is forced to relieve herself in situ when the demand arises during her isolation.
A rudimentary receptacle is positioned between her knees to collect any spillage, aiming to facilitate the subsequent cleaning by attendants. It is hoped by the hospital staff that Lana understands the repercussions of her actions, allowing her the opportunity to utilize a toilet in the future. Yet the likelihood of Lana reforming her rebel ways remains dubious, for she proves to be an endlessly defiant individual.
